1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Rokan Journey, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Nature of the Service

Rokan Journey is a gamified behavioral support application designed to encourage habit awareness, reflection, and consistency.

The App is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.

3. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

3.1 No Medical or Professional Advice

Rokan Journey does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
All content, including AI-generated responses, is provided for informational and motivational purposes only.

If you experience severe addiction, psychological distress, or mental health concerns, you must seek help from a licensed healthcare professional.

3.2 Not for Crisis Situations

Rokan Journey is not designed for crisis intervention.

If you experience suicidal thoughts, self-harm urges, or acute psychological distress, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

3.3 AI Limitations

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on AI-generated content.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription (“Rokan Journey Pass”).
Free usage is limited to early progression levels.

All payments are processed via Apple In-App Purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion:

All user data is permanently deleted
Access to paid features ends
No refunds are issued for unused subscription time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the App for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Service Availability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be removed at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law (e.g. gross negligence).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be the courts of Germany.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
